How to create, edit templates and use them in campaigns

This guide will walk you through the steps to desgining, modifying or purchasing email templates used for sending campaigns.

Scroll down and select campaigns and then Select the "Email Templates" option

If you click on add template, you can create your own completely from scratch using our campaign template creator. You can add text, images and links just like you can with a pre designed template.

Navigate to the "Gallery" section. This is where you can purchase our pre-designed templates - which can also be adapted to your business design.

You can purchase template credits here.

Once you have made your choice, you can purchase it using one of your credits.

Now go to and Click on the "Templates" field

And your newly purchased template is ready to use.

You can change the wording, font styles, pictures and so much more, whilst using the template as a guide. It's completely customisable.

Add in links to your social media pages.

Change the wording, size and layout of all aspects if you so wish.

Add in your logo or an image that reflects your business.

Move text boxes and images around to suit your preferred layout.

You can even change how it looks on a mobile compared to on a pc.

Our controls for customisation are so comprehensive, it's best to have a play around with them and see what you think looks best.

Change the colour of text boxes and backgrounds.

Change the background images, or stick with the ones provided.

You can choose from stock images, or upload your own, including photos.

Adding in social media links is a great way to keep your customers informed and interacted with your business.

If you use online booking, then adding your link to your email campaigns is a good idea too.

Once you are happy with your email template, click save.

Select the "Email Templates" option

And your newly updated version on your template is saved and ready to use.

Navigate to the "Campaigns" section once more.

Click on "Add Campaign"

Select your template.

Choose the "Newsletter (Sunshine)" option

Enter your campaign subject, such as 'Latest news'.

Now you have some options to pinpoint exactly who you want your campaign to be received by. For example, it could be a specific breed, a tag you have added to certain clients, or those who haven't attended the salon since a certain time.

Once you have chosen your recipients, press save.

Your campaign is ready to review and approve to send.

You can view your template before sending, and you can also send it to yourself as a test first. If your happy with how it looks, change the status to 'Confirmed' then press send and the system will inform you once it's sent. Remember, you will get campaign credits depending on which subscription you are on. For example, with our Business package, You can send one campaign every month. With enterprise, you can send up to 5.
