Migrating your account from the classic platform.
Discover how to smoothly migrate your account from the classic platform with this step by step guide.
1. Step 1.
Login with the email address you registered with.
2. Step 2.
Access your account settings.
3. Step 3.
Initiate the migration process.
4. Step 4.
Now enter your 'current service' account details. These are the login username and password that you use daily to access our classic account. Not the one you have just created for the new service.
5. Step 5.
As a side note, please be aware that if you had already set up an account on the new system to do some testing, any information that you had put in, will be overwritten in the migration process.
6. Step 6.
Make sure you have read our FAQ section BEFORE completing the migration process as this will give you important information regarding the move.
7. Step 7.
Once you have read the FAQ's, and signed in using your classic log in details, you can click on the MIGRATE button.
8. Step 8.
Now you will be prompted to visit the store section. The system will advise you of the package you need to sign up to that most reflects the current subscription you use.
9. Step 9.
Select your requested plan. You still have the option to pay monthly or yearly and any outstanding payments or credits left on the classic system will be later credited, as explained in our FAQ's.
10. Step 10.
Navigate to the payment gateway.

Fill in your payment details.
12. Step 12.
Once payment is complete, access your account settings.
13. Step 13.
Initiate the migration process.
14. Step 14.
Enter your password for authentication.
15. Step 15.
Click Migrate and this will start the automatic process.
16. Step 16.
Confirm you have read our terms and conditions and proceed.
17. Step 17.
Your classic account information will now start to transfer. Depending on how much information you have the process could take awhile to transfer across. It's important to remain on this screen to allow the process to complete. Once the information has finished transfering a banner will display to say it has completed. You're now ready to go using the new platform.
