Quick guidde

This guide will give you an idea about the online booking experience for your clients and some basic instructions to give them should they need it.

Navigate to the Sites section. And open the online booking tab.

Open the Online Booking section.

This will be the unique link that they will be using to access online booking, whether that's through email, text or social media.

Once the link is clicked, they will be directed to this page. This example is on the basis of you accepting requests from current clients, and their request being automatically booked.

The first time your client does this, they will have to click 'forgot password'. This will send them an email to confirm their access and allow them to create a password and confirm there not a robot! They will only have to do this once.

Once a password has been set, they can log in.

This will display your opening times, and the option of which, or all, pets they would like to book in.

Proceed to the next step.

Now they can select there grooming choices. These will be based on how you have your system set up, and will either apply a breed price, or the price on this specific pets record card. They can also add on services if you allow them too.

Now the system will display the calendar and which appointments are available based on the time frame allocated for their pets.

Your client must tick the terms and conditions, and confirm they aren't a robot.

They're appointment is confirmed.

Now you will see those appointments in your schedule.

The bookings tab will list your online bookings, requests and past appointments, so you can easily view who and when these requests were made. You can also confirm any 'booking requests' here, if that's how you run your online booking.
