How to engage with your clients including setting notifications

This video will give you some hints and tips about customer engagement and how to maximise the use of the system. Reminders, appointment confirmations, payment requests and campaigns can all be sent either via text or email, depending on both yours and your clients preference.

Select a client. If it's a new client, you can fill this information out at the time of creating their card.

Click the selected button to open the clients card.

Make sure you always have a contact number for your client and that it's checked verbally on each appointment in case it needs to be updated. An alternative number is always a good option too.

An email address is important for communication, with reminders, confirmations, updates and offers being sent this way. If a customer does not wish to receive notifications via email, then sending them a text is your alternative option.

Click on the notifications settings tab. Now you can use the notification bars to switch the options on and off.

Once you have made your choices, click save.

Campaigns are an excellent addition to our service, and are vital at keeping your clients engaged. These can be used to advertise special events, promote products or add ons, or just to simply send your customers a seasonal message.

With email campaigns we even have some pre-designed templates you can purchase and personalise to send to your customers. You can even add tags to send a campaign to a specific group of people, such as those who haven't been into the salon for a while, or who own certain breeds.

You can view and purchase the templates individually, or by theme.

Click the selected button to view.

Once purchased, you can now begin to add text, insert your own images and logos, and even a link to your social media platforms.

You can also create your own templates from scratch.

Navigate to "Subject"

Now you can add your own content. This template will be saved for you to use time and time again.
